Pros

1) The fact that it's a YC funded startup

Cons

1) The fact that it's a YC funded startup, you tend to think it's a great place to start your career but only after a couple of days you realise that it was the worst decision of your life 2) Working Saturday (ideally it's a half day but turns out most of the time you spend almost a complete day) 3) There's a 6 month probation period where you cannot take any paid leaves. After those 6 months you get paid leaves and if somehow you manages to save leaves(earned which can be carry forward to next year), all those unpaid leaves you took during probation will be deducted from carry forwarded leaves. It's a complete loss-loss situation for employee ( you get your salary deducted for leaves during probation and the paid leaves which can be carry forwarded will get deducted as well) 4) Dead work environment (All you do entire day is sit on your seat, look at your screen and work) 5) There's a thing in place where all the employees eat lunch together on Friday and the respected CEO wants one guy to order for everyone and the bill is split among everyone ( you need to pay only for what you eat just like we used to do in schools ). There's another catch to it, CEO being the wealthiest of all mostly orders from expensive places and you'll have to order from where he want And if you order separately without asking him you are in big trouble my friend. CEO's childish ego will come out and he will act and talk strangely with you. (just like those katti situations in school) 6) CEO can contact you anytime of the day if on leave or weekend or outside working hours and expects you to answer or reply to those texts immediately but if you text him for something just remember he's a big business to run and he's a very busy man, so it can happen that those text will remain unseen for a day. 7) Stiff Timings(sharp 10 to not so sharp 7)- You are always expected to be on time and CEO will not leave any chance to remind you if you are 10-15 mins late irrespective of whether you left from office last night late 8) CEO is very good at playing double games. If you are running late on your deadlines and reason why you are running late is because you were helping your fellow employee who was stuck at something, he will tell you to say no to your fellow employees if they ask for help but it was him who told your fellow employee to ask for your help in first place ( Well Played..slow claps)
