Toxic culture and executive incompetence make this a challenging place to work. The U.S. leadership team operates through finger-pointing and gossip rather than strategy, creating a demoralizing environment in both the Buffalo and Novi offices. They are performative, routinely prioritizing 'optics' for visiting Swiss executives over genuine operational transparency. With a leadership team more focused on maintaining appearances than meeting their own targets, there is a systemic lack of direction and accountability that undermines the entire U.S. operation. I am surprised this ship has not already sunk.
