Pros
- Working within the sports industry is cool and can be a lot of fun - Some very good people specially in EMEA - Fully remote if you want to
Cons
- 3 rounds of Layoffs within 18 months. All brutal and poorly communicated - Management's additions did not work, Americans that have no clue about Europeans markets and how to manage people, really poisoned a good culture into a very toxic place (no work life balance, micro management, no transparency...) - Unrealistic sales targets with little strategy behind them - Pay not super attractive for Dublin, benefits also sub-par - Sports is a very unstable sector
