During some projects technical leadership had to yield product and development control to upper management and ownership. You had to be OK with that to be happy at KH. I took it as an opportunity to learn a very different approach to aircraft development using unique solutions. I very much enjoyed the journey. Many didn't if they were unwilling to try something a different way.
