Overall good company for IT consulting - Account Manager Klaoxontech Employee Review

My experience with KlaxonTech has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I am supposed to be paid monthly, but my payments have been delayed multiple times—sometimes arriving as late as the 16th. I’ve also had issues with incorrect tax deductions and missing paystubs, making it impossible to verify my earnings. Getting answers from HR is extremely difficult—this has been the worst part of my experience. Responses are slow, vague, or completely nonexistent, and I’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information about my own pay. In some cases, the only way to get a response was to escalate the issue and CC their manager, which should not be necessary for something this fundamental. Also - no benefits, no PTO, no 401k. I would not recommend working with them.

No pros, worst company so far

The company doesn't pay salaries on time; what’s more, they are even withholding remaining balances. Where does the money even go? Even after multiple email requests and messaging the owner, the salary still hasn't been paid. No one even responds to inquiries about the pay we've rightfully earned. They also terminate people while they are working without even giving an update. Worst company, worst management. I don’t know how much the owners and directors think they will prosper by making people work night shifts and then stealing their money.
