Retirement plan is the worst joke in the office. It is notoriously poor profit sharing and 401k plan. If I had any large family I would not be able to afford the health care. I get the minimum and use my wife's insurance.
There is an attempt to disguise the poor benefits with annual bowling trips etc.
Tuition reimbursement is advertised only prior to hiring but do not expect it not even ICC classes are paid for.
Pay is 1 to 2 dollars below the local standard.
Work gets slow in the off season. Though we go out of town we also finish weeks with less than 20 hours in between.
