Working at Klever has been a truly rewarding experience. The culture here is open, fast-moving, and encourages forward-thinking innovation. In just two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on emerging technologies and purpose-driven projects while continuously growing my skillset. One of the things I really appreciate is Klever’s relatively high proof-of-concept (POC) to production rate—largely thanks to a thoughtful discovery phase that includes extensive discussions with the stakeholders around the viability and sustainability of projects. That rigor makes a big difference. I’ve consistently felt supported in expanding my expertise, as senior leadership genuinely cares about investing in people and their professional development. I feel empowered to contribute beyond my core role and make an impact across the organization.
Cons
Like any high-growth company, things move fast and priorities can shift quickly. Personally, I find the pace energizing, but it can sometimes lead to ambiguity or shifting direction. That said, Klever fosters an environment where cross-team communication is proactive, which helps mitigate those challenges.
