Pros
People are friendly. Owners pretend to care. D2D sales is the way to get ahead in life IF you have the right opportunity to sell for a good company. This company might be good if you are new to the industry.
Cons
They misclassify employees and hire you as a 1099 contractor but expect you to go to mandatory sales meetings and control your schedule, which is technically illegal (should be W2 if they want to control your schedule). But if you have a problem with that they just fire you. The pay structure starting out for appointment setters is very low and as a result about 90% of them quit after a month or two. So they are "always hiring". After awhile you get promoted to a "closer" position where you make slightly more, but the company makes the lions share of the profits on your deals.
