      Pros

      - People from other fields can get job easily with zero knowledge of IT and get salary for free without working at all (if you are a close friend with anyone from the management/ higher ups)

      Cons

      - Management can lie and give salary lower than market value - The person who is a friend of the management/ higher ups will not work but get credits, salary hike on work done by other employees - Managers work is just to order others to do task without even knowing what it is

      Pros

      Kloudius provides a very flexible work-environment which creates a balance in your work and personal life. The growth of learning here is amazing. I am always learning something new every day. The management is very helpful, it listens to you and takes care of your every concern.

      I haven't found any cons yet and hopefully, there won't be any.
