The Pay rate for management was acceptable, the insurance caused you to purchase all prescriptions thru Kmart which in mind was not correct
Cons
The hours, nights, weekedns, and holidays seem to be never ending. If you want to be away from your family this is the place to work. As management sometime you work alone which makes it taxing
