Pros
Being a cashier was an easy job. Got to move around and do different tasks in the company according to business needs if the store wasn't busy.
Cons
Turn over was high so we were always short staffed which created long lines and left customers waiting around too long. Customers had issues with using certain reward points who did not have the physical rewards card and promotions regarding rewards left customers frustrated and confused.
