Pros
Easy to get hired. Flexible scheduling for hourly employees.
Cons
Little to no regard of the individual from a corporate level. Management varies by store but even corporate seems disorganized with constant mistakes that filter down to impact your store. Terrible pay for management and staff alike doesn't draw the most skilled or hardworking people. Often times employees and stores are not given the resources and training to efficiently run the store properly. Advancement is hard to get.
