Pros
My coworkers and Management were nice people, of course this will not be everyone's experience with their local Kmart. My managers were very laid back as well.
Cons
No organization or care for the store itself, it was as if they knew the place would be shut down soon (closed only 6 months after I quit). The customers were typically unhappy with the organization and high prices which made my job even less enjoyable. Paid only minimum wage which it not necessarily a problem, but there are other entry level jobs that pay more starting off.
