      Pros

      Independent as far as running your own store but within corporate guidelines. Beginning to be micromanaged a bit which I think hurts a good store managers ability to run a store.

      Cons

      Bonuses and raises are pretty much non-existent the past 5 years.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
