Pros
-Easy -Light Schedule -Pay is fine -If you don't want a job where you're doing much and you just need pocket money then Kmart is a great place to work in my opinion
Cons
-You have to sell smart plans and credit cards and that's what your hours are based on, but I was pretty good at that so it was easy -It gets boring -Supervisors tell you different things
