Pros
I have stayed at this job for 4 years. I am a single parent with a small child at home. Management at K-Mart has always accommodated my schedule. This has allowed me to go back to school. All the people who have been with this company for a long time are very nice people.
Cons
The Company is obviously a sinking ship. I feel sorry for management. They are so stressed and overworked that the misery radiates off them onto everyone else. It is a very negative environment. All I can say if you can avoid this place, do at all costs. By the way they DO NOT give raises!!
