Pros
Flexible Scheduling. Management will try to work with your availability if you're a student.
Cons
Low pay. No raises. I've been there a year and a half and haven't gotten even cent raise. Unpredictable hours. This job is good if you're a high school or a college student and don't have any bills to pay. A few of my managers are very helpful and friendly, however corporate is too hard pressed on numbers and getting people to sign up for credit cards, rewards programs, leases, etc. In return, store managers have to press hard on associates for these things, which takes away from the natural customer interactions. Customers get annoyed being asked a million questions about signing up for things. Instead, the company needs to focus on several main areas if they want to improve. Inventory (having the products customers want in stock), customer service, information communication between corporate and associates, and employee compensation.
