Good work environment and knowledgeable people.

The company cannot meet customer demand as far as delivery which makes me look bad with my customers.

The cons are pretty much a lot. Starting from the fact that I should be alert when they change the permanent role into 1 year contract role and ask me if I am ok before the interview. Once I get in, I was under this micromanager boss which has has a lot of issues with other teams. But he kind of know how to butter up the upper management and can get away with things. So if you are good at buttering up people, here is your place. But I am happy I have left. =)
