      - Possibility of getting promotion would be difficult as heavily depend upon reporting boss. - Some employee related policies are weird - 3 months notice period; strictly followed

      Pros

      The people are great to work with and they do have a crab feast which is nice. It is always sunny and 70 degrees in the building. Golf discount at westminster national and gym membership.

      Cons

      They are all about this boost program and saving money. Most employees dont feel wanted by the company. They underpay us and don't even give a $50 Christmas bonus anymore, they gave us a tee shirt. No more Christmas party either.
