Culture and employee morale has significantly gone down since private equity and new CEO took over a year ago. Trying very hard to make us look profitable before going public again. Hiring cheap labor in Costa Rica, forcing people to commute 4 days a week to the office instead of 3 days how it was before regardless if they have to drive 2 hours in one direction, and many CSMs walking out the door. One segment lost at least 6 CSMs in just a few weeks- not a good sign.
Too many process and product changes in a short period of time- very stressful for employees that are expected to continuously give 150% for no merit based promotion or comparable pay increase for the amount of work.
Pay is well below industry average. Salary is $40k with ability to maybe make an additional $10-15k if your customers renew. If some of your big accounts don’t renew, it directly impacts your life. Unlivable wage for a single person in Florida.
