      Pros

      This is an amazing organization with lots of opportunities. Stu is an amazing CEO. Company culture is great, people are friendly and everyone has a voice. People respect one another and if you work hard, and are willing to learn, the sky is the limit. We have a growth department that will really help you better yourself.

      Cons

      I don't really have anything I dislike about my team and the people I work with. Every time I needed help, KnowBe4 has been there for me and I will do the same for the company.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
