Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you value the independence and trust you experience in your role—both are qualities we strive to foster across all teams. We’re equally appreciative that you highlighted areas where we can improve. Consistent communication and collaboration are essential to our success, and we recognize that maintaining these connections in a remote environment takes ongoing attention and effort. Your input helps us identify where we can strengthen team alignment and support greater cross-functional engagement. We encourage open dialogue and invite you to share specific ideas or examples with your manager or HR partner so we can continue to make meaningful improvements. Thank you again for your contributions and for helping us grow as an organization. - Jenny Brown, Chief People Officer

Pros

Receiving a paycheck for work.

Cons

Knowfully is owned by Nexphase Capital; a private equity firm, meaning they primarily focus on money and treat employees as disposable. They will pay you as little as they possibly can and give you the bare minimum for benefits. Keep your expectations low and be ready to be laid off at the drop of a hat. I strongly suggest looking for work elsewhere, Knowfully does not respect their employees. I worked there for 16 years and they laid me off because of a "re-org". I couldn't sign the severance agreement because it was dependent on me completing a massive project in 3 days. They laid me off and then gave me 3 days to finish a complicated project; there was no way that I would have been able to do that. It felt like they gave me an impossible task on purpose to avoid paying me severance. Because of me not signing, they also withheld my bonus from 2024. They didn't even say thank you for my 16 years of work, so disrespectful. It's charming how HR keeps responding to these negative reviews; I suggest ignoring the sickeningly sweet corporate responses; I'm excited read the one they give this review. There's good reasons why this place has such a low rating here. I'm happy to see there's so many people who aren't afraid to give their honest opinions.
