- Workload is light. - Leave can be applied at anytime. - No drama, just work. - Can work from anywhere there is internet. - Even if no projects are there to work, you still get paid for your time available. - The more extra projects you work on the more you are paid. - Can work on extra projects outside of your shift for additional pay. - OT is paid.

- No given vacations. - Every vacation taken cuts salary. - If project is low, career growth may be hampered. - used PayPal for salary transaction. (PayPal cuts too much on fees)
