-It's a very young and fun atmosphere here as most of us are just starting our careers out of college/university or in the early stages of developing a career. -Free lunch on Wednesdays is great -Benefits and competitive pay -Ideas and change are welcome and encouraged by management -Very much an open door policy

-Communication between departments and managers needs to improve -Things change on a dime and it can be challenging to adapt

- Occasional lunches and events - Friendly employees - Fast-paced environment - Great location

- Management was average and there was a huge rift amongst them -Very infrequent company-wide updates which created low morale
