Pros
You can work remotely as a developer
Cons
Toxic work environment, management is so entitled that they think people should work extra hours without extra pay. Software is so buggy that you'll spend all your day fixing bugs yet you'll still be expected to finish the 200 tickets you've been assigned because they're too cheap to hire other developers "Culture" in this company is so ridiculous it's actually funny: It's either pizza night where literally everyone in there hates the pizza because again the management is too cheap to spend on their employees OR the CEO talking about his struggles when he founded this company even though mommy and daddy paid for everything. I seriously cannot complain enough about how cheap the management is. People come and go and none of that gets announced. A colleague of mine was literally fired and management said that he decided to leave. Honestly, I can keep talking about cons all day, so just trust me and skip this one unless you're reaaaaaaaaally desperate.
