Friendly atmosphere (even if your not polish) I'm English and had no problems comunicating! good money, constant improvements. Mr Collins is kober engineering, good look when he retires..

Cold, not a nice shift pattern, select leaders don't deserve to be in there position, some very good engineers, some very poor , the good ones hold up the bad ones. Engineering department needs restructuring completely I'm my opinion.

Reasonable wage for hours and unskilled work

Language barrier if not polish, very crowded work environment and VERY ignorant people , lots of pushing and shoving and standing in the way of PPE etc break times Inc: getting all the PPE off and put back on so not realistic break times ie: 20 min break 7 mins to get gear off hung up change shoes wash sterilise hands go up stairs get lunch sit eat go back and do it all again, if your fast you LOSE 14 mins off your break and if your ONE minute late you get told off.. some of the other staff speak to you like garbage and order you about despite no authority..
