Pros

Initial Salary Offered and Benefits

Cons

Ongoing and Irrelevant feedback culture is very unproductive, especially when managers are not in touch with what their direct reports are doing on a daily basis. High turnover from function-specific critical employees adds much stress for left employees. All that work burden is added to the existing employees without any support whether physiological support or financial incentives. In my experience, when you report your high workload to your manager, they make you feel like you are not managing your time appropriately, and they start manipulating your feedback performance to make you feel like you have to do more work to meet the expectations - they won't shy away from saying that you have to work on weekends and afterhours. HR does not help you and they just serve your manager's script, and instead, you will be retaliated to share your concerns with HR and or your immediate manager. Communication is poor between different departments, and within the same departments as well. Constant vision and people change do not let employees do quality work in any area. PBM culture is not followed correctly. The work environment at Koch Agronomic Services is very chaotic and disrespectful.

Pros

Good group of folks to work with

Cons

Culture is almost cult-ish Doesn't pay well Unless you don't spew out PBM vocabulary, you're not seen as a 'valuable' member of the team
