Company overall is good. Good growth rate. Increments are proportionate to contributions made by employees. Navi Mumbai subsidiary is global hub of company. Years I worked in the company were best of my career in terms of financial growth. Company's field is one of lucrative fields in Mechanical Engineering.
Cons
Company experiences seasonal shortage of orders in the last quarters of almost every year. Until this year 2025 company did not laid off any employees for cost cutting. Meaning if projects/orders are scarce in the company they might layoff anyone.
Few managers are biased towards favourite employees and if challenged they might target you in the background without giving you fair chance.
