      Pros

      Enjoyed my job there, but my company was bought by theirs. The people were overall nice.

      Cons

      Their strategy was to be successful by cutting. There was no consistency to their decisions. There were multiple people driving product decisions who all competed to have developers work on their pet projects. Then people got laid off and a different set of people stepped in. Then they tried outsourcing almost everything.

      Great culture, innovative product focus, and the flexibility of our hybrid work approach. It's the perfect blend for a fulfilling work experience.

      Pros

      At one time, this was a great place to work. Until it wasn't

      Cons

      Everything. Aimia merger was the beginning of the end. It was two companies with different focuses that could never get it together. New CEO's and HR Departments every six months. Last one was terrible. (Tim) Nepotism runs rampant. No loyalty to hard-working employees. I used to love going to work each day. Left with PTSD. The best thing I ever did was leave.
