Pros

KOIBIRD is a place where smart ideas move fast, you get ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to see concepts turn into real product, pop-ups, and partnerships. The pace is energising and the team is passionate and supportive.

Cons

Pace is fast, which suits entrepreneurial and creative minds. Lean team means wearing multiple hats and offer opportunity to grow quickly.

Pros

uniform allowance & free drinks.

Cons

Bad culture. It’s inconsistent and often feels driven by favouritism rather than clear policy. how much WFH and discount you get depends on who you are. Extremely high expectations that are rarely matched with clear communication, structure, or support. Business “strategy” shift constantly, often without rationale, and lack any obvious financial logic, which is reflected in the company’s performance. Leadership behaviour is unprofessional, with a culture of gossip about employees, and little care or reflection around high staff turnover. Time off is also favourites-first, some teams are able to take extended leave while others are not permitted any. Manager encouraged us to post positive Glassdoor reviews, which does not reflect our genuine experience. Zero career opportunities or place to grow.

Pros

Great training and onboarding for my role, clear expectations and understanding/easy to approach managers. Get to experience lots of different sides of the brand and do a wide range of tasks, working with all of the teams in the business is interesting Nice company culture, everyone supports each other and celebrates personal life/achievements together. The team is very talented and inspiring to work with. Flexible and understanding with appointments/commitments giving a good work balance Get a cake and voucher on your birthday, staff discount, Summer Fridays, WFH days and always lots of treats in the office

Cons

There is a lot of untapped potential which could come from having more structure and encouraging discussions/ideas from the wider team
