Bad culture. It’s inconsistent and often feels driven by favouritism rather than clear policy. how much WFH and discount you get depends on who you are. Extremely high expectations that are rarely matched with clear communication, structure, or support. Business “strategy” shift constantly, often without rationale, and lack any obvious financial logic, which is reflected in the company’s performance. Leadership behaviour is unprofessional, with a culture of gossip about employees, and little care or reflection around high staff turnover. Time off is also favourites-first, some teams are able to take extended leave while others are not permitted any. Manager encouraged us to post positive Glassdoor reviews, which does not reflect our genuine experience. Zero career opportunities or place to grow.

Great training and onboarding for my role, clear expectations and understanding/easy to approach managers. Get to experience lots of different sides of the brand and do a wide range of tasks, working with all of the teams in the business is interesting Nice company culture, everyone supports each other and celebrates personal life/achievements together.
