Pros
Decent pay, good benefits and great people all around. Recent management changes have cleaned out most of the bad apples that had been here forever. It was much needed and has fostered growth and reduced negativity.
Cons
Training and communication are lacking. An official training program with dedicated personnel is needed. General communication of goals, expectations, etc could be communicated better by Supervisors and Managers.
