      Pros

      People who worked there were nice. If you work for a good department, you had an easier time at the company. Some decent managers outside of the executives.

      Cons

      Upper management decision caused the company to grow quickly and when times are tough the first thing they resort to is to layoff people.

      Executive management was very diligent to ensure that all employees were treated fairly. I don't feel there were any cons.
