Pros
Although Kongregate is in an interesting and unpredictable, scary transition, the people and benefits are great. Many things such as lack of clear communication can improve but the benefits are good and the work life balance as a remote worker is nice.
Cons
401k matching only after a year, bad communication between teams, salaries can definitely be a bit better
