Pros

This is a forum for people to moan after their employment ends vs. bothering to write something during employment. It's quite telling that most of the poor reviews I've skimmed through are from people who appear to have been junior hires and left in less than a year or 2 MAX. In my experience, having been here a while, is that the employees who are actually good at their job get rewarded accordingly. Those who are not good at their job or who are average performers don't get the promos or raises they THINK they're entitled to. IMO, a meritocracy is the right approach. But that's my opinion. I feel the pay is solid, and I'm paid well. And get regular raises. Surely, nobody is being forced to sign an employment contract so, if someone feels they're being paid too low (like some comments suggest) and they still sign the contract, was it done out of pure desperation? Because no other company would hire them? Because they misread the salary in the contract? I'm purely speculating. Seems like a classic case of sour grapes to me (others got better/faster promos and better raises then them... :'-(

Cons

The company is full of very very smart people, who, in my experience, are kind and care about one another. I've seen people with imposter syndrome as a result of their clever peers and the fast-paced working environment. It's not for everyone. But go work in the public sector if you want a different life.

Pros

Great place to be early in your career, with good responsibility and fun coworkers your age. Use as a learning period then start looking for better opportunities.

Cons

Slower, less engaging work (could be a pro though); management cultivates an odd greeklife-eqsue social environment that can limit opportunities for people who don't buy in; pay well below industry standard and minimal benefits
