      Pros

      - Kontist joined the Ageras group in 2022. Our product and client focus doesn't change some departments, incl. mine, experience being involved in group-wide collaboration and transformation - opportunities to influence and build new processes group-wide and to work internationally - Kontist has a strong company culture that we're proud and font of. We hope to carry relevant parts forward as Ageras is currently in the stage to re-create the employee and company brand (The above-listed items don't apply to all teams and departments yet, but it is a journey that more and more team members will take.)

      Cons

      - the change and transition is not for everyone and we have to become better in communicating without overstimulating

      Pros

      * There is a clear strong vision from leadership, with actionable items to accomplish our goals. * Amazing culture and a very positive atmosphere from the entire team * Management is not sugar-coating reality, always communicating the cons next to the celebrated pros 👍 * Trust - a lot of responsibility from day 1. * Above average benefits for a startup -all week catering, 26 vacation days etc. * Employee personal growth is a key metric for leadership

      Normal startup "pains". The company is growing now and naturally, it slows us down a bit, but I believe that after stabilizing we'll create big things
