Some disjointed systems within the company

It’s a company where the individual really matters and they genuinely care about their staff. They are very nimble and happy to let you manage things your way without a lot of tick boxing. The ability to have a direct line to the senior leadership team is fantastic rather than waiting months for a decision to be passed up the ladder.

It’s still a small business so there are some areas that need polishing but it is modernising at a good pace.
