      Pay is below average for the job requirements Excessive travel Weekend work is asked after the company says it would not become a regular occurrence No pay differential for working outside of normal hours, weekends, or on holidays Expected to travel a full day plus work a full day in the same day. Not uncommon to work 16-20 hours on a long travel day

      Pros

      ESOP, steady work, good team members, friendly environment, work with cool technology.

      Cons

      Low pay range for the industry, fail to meet promises even when you meet goals, Buddy system for role elevation and growth, excessive travel, weekend work expected very often, no weekend or holiday work compensation other than standard pay. Most coworkers are very green and term of employment is average of 4-5 years at best before people get fed up or get enough experience to leave for better pay/treatment. Benefits are lack luster and very expensive.
