      flexibility, company vehicle, cost of living increase, medical insurance BCBS is adequate

      Cons

      salaries or to low, bonus is taxed, no merit raises, dental and eye coverage is awful

      Friendly people, freedom to pursue projects you enjoy

      Cons

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
