      Pros

      Good work life balance. Lots of schedule flexibility. Employee loyalty and competitive salaries and benefits. Big focus on safety. Very diverse work force

      Cons

      Always putting out "small fires" and doing "band-aid fixes". No reliable and effective Preventative Maintenance (PM) program (at least at my location). A lot of wasteful spending on contract work. Typical construction atmosphere (lots of profanity and unprofessional behavior)

      Friendly people, freedom to pursue projects you enjoy

      Cons

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
