Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Kordia are the friendly staff and the "can do!" attitude, when you start at the company.
Cons
Some of the downsides of working with Kordia are the instability as customers and projects are won or lost and if they are going through a difficult period, the management are not skilled at reducing the staff numbers in a professional manner. I couldn't honestly recommend working there now that I know how some of the staff have been treated. There are also issues with gender balance and fair pay.
