I worked at Korra Worldwide Advertising Pvt Ltd from September 2025 to March 2026, and my experience was extremely poor. Salaries were not paid on time, and I had to follow up repeatedly just to receive my own money. This created unnecessary financial pressure and stress. Even after my salary was eventually cleared, the bigger issue remains unresolved. PF and TDS were deducted from my salary every month, but have still not been deposited. My PF account was neither created nor linked during my entire tenure. The deducted TDS is not reflecting in my Form 26AS, which directly impacts my tax filing. When I asked for clear timelines, I was not given any. The only response was that it would be done “for everyone together,” with no commitment or accountability. This kind of approach to statutory deductions is extremely concerning. If you are a brand working with Korra, you should seriously question the level of transparency: • Who is actually working on your account today? • How many dedicated resources are assigned? • What does your reporting and performance tracking really look like? • How is your retainer and media budget actually being used? If basic employee dues are not handled properly, it’s fair to question how other responsibilities are being managed. For anyone considering joining or partnering with this company—please do your due diligence. Speak to employees, understand how payments are handled, and verify compliance. Because what is presented externally does not always reflect the reality inside.
