Slightly higher daily diem for the area, some very lovely co-workers

1) "Forgot" last paycheck 2) Using expired (3 months to 2 years, in all 5 locations) dilating and anesthetic eye drops on patients. Inappropriate reaction from clinic. 3) Substandard care - 10 minute exams, multiple cases of inadequate and substandard care, high turnover of techs and not showing up. Gonioscopy is never done and got pushback when I requested gel drops so I can perform it. 4) They don't allow water to given to patients, not even orange juice for diabetic patients. Reason given: it's messy and a "choking hazard." Never before have I heard that in a primary healthcare setting. 3) Clinic management is condescending and does not respond to simple requests. Lack of support for clinics. Do not recommend working at this clinic. It is evident why there's a high turnover with doctors and staff
