Pros

The pay is fair, until you factor in the hostile work environment.

Cons

Amy tends to prey on applicants fresh out of college to work for her because young college graduates are typically bright eyed, needs money, and usually a bit naive. At the time, the pay offered wasn't bad, but the work environment is ripe for a lawsuit. Your main job consists of compiling emails from different law firms and putting it into an excel sheet. Afterwards, you spam those attorneys with a posting informing them of the open position. She also uses the alias "Amy Dunn" since she has binding contracts with some firms restricting her from recruiting within the firm. But she does it anyway. The work itself isn't hard, but working with Amy is. She is extremely temperamental and will not hesitate to chew you out . I went to work with a sick feeling in my stomach everyday and I began to doubt myself. This was the worst position coming out of undergrad because she made me feel as though I was incompetent.

Pros

I collaborated with multiple teams to plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels. Tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on insights helped improve engagement and ROI. Working on cross-functional initiatives, from content creation to event support, provided variety and strengthened both analytical and creative skills. The environment encouraged idea sharing and practical problem solving

Cons

Shifting priorities and overlapping campaigns sometimes made workload management challenging. Clearer project timelines would help reduce last-minute pressure

Pros

I devoted the major part of my time to networking, organizing email marketing, and creating long-term channels of communication. The development of individual messages and tracking the response rates was not as easy without creative thinking and patience. It was quite gratifying to see that partnerships develop out of the first contact into valuable cooperation.

Cons

Not all audiences reacted the same way and at the same time and hence I was forced to change my strategy and expectations. Follow-ups required patience and hard work
