Good Environment.
Your most welcome if you know to make a show like you are working hard, but not really.
Cons
If your surname is Reddy OR Naidu , Then you have bright future in particular team , even if you are not strong on basic you will have good salary hike.
If you want to learn & workhard. Good for you, but you have to work all day & night included (sat & sun), but never expect appriciation or good hike.
If you want to complain some thing to management. Speak to the walls in you home atleast you can hit those.
