Cons
Deepak is a hunter, he keeps an bad eye on every girl in Company . He is very clear in knowing they type of his prey: beautiful, independent and passionate about the career. He builds castles in the air while meeting them for the first time. Everyone in company know about his behaviour with ladies/girls but no one dare to speak. Deepak keeps on calling the female managers without any issue. He can not live without speaking, and has habit of discussing personal matters of females in official meetings. Company is not fit at all for growth. Management is not interested in knowing the problem of Junior team. Only 4 to 5 so called Heads are running and ruining the company. No work culture and only buttering. Deepak is only busy in his task as mentioned above which is definitely not work but CEO doesn't care.
