Pros
The company has their foot in a lot of different businesses, so you have the opportunity to learn a lot. You are also given a lot of responsibility, which can be very good (for future employment opportunities) but can get in the way of trying to do your current job.
Cons
Having a lot of things going on isn't necessarily working in their favor. A lot of things are not done safely/legally in my opinion. Also, the boss, who is supposed to be most knowledgeable, is not there often (and not very approachable) to be able to talk things over. There is a lot of favoritism that is extremely evident. They do not give raises often (or at all), since they give a very small percentage of the sales team profits to employees monthly. But since they keep firing the sales team, it is not very much money.
