Career Killer / Dishonest Senior Leadership - Data Engineer Kroger Technology Employee Review

Senior management is dishonest and doesn’t follow standard Kroger culture and leadership model. The director of my department actively sabotaged promotion opportunities for me several times. Leadership has no vision and crushes anyone who raises concerns about the direction of the org. My direct manager was fired for raising concerns and never replaces, leaving the team to fail with no support or transition plan from the director. It’s difficult to work for a leader that actively wants you and your team to fail.
