Below Average - Junior Creative Krow Communications Employee Review

Hello, I am very disappointed to read the feedback you have posted above on your time at krow. We have been trying hard to build a welcoming, collaborative and diverse environment in the 5 different krow agencies and we have in place a number of initiatives to provide training and feedback to people at all levels in the organisation on everything from unconscious bias to coaching (room to grow as we call it) through to traditional craft skills......but it sounds like this was not your experience of us. We have checked through all of our recent exit interviews and can't find anything that matches your feedback so I am worried we missed you on your departure. We want to make sure we improve and learn and that we recognise when we have got something wrong so if you would be happy to chat to me or somebody from the people team I would be most grateful.
