      - Great team and work ethics - Flexible work - Wonderful learning opportunities, hands on work on one of the fastest growing Crypto companies. - Small team size, so greater responsibility on product side and better ownership. - Modern tech stack to work and learn some of the cutting edge technology used by industries. - Great perks and benefits

      - None to be honest, the team size was initially small which gave a bit of concerns regarding the work scalability of the company, but with recent hirings that thing too has be resolved.
