Pros

-Getting to know the kids and seeing them develop, when they do -part-time hours means you can work the rest of your time at other jobs, if you want to

Cons

-Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings to afternoons are the center hours -don't expect time for breaks because of all the correcting that you have to do -if you don't understand the philosophy behind Kumon, you won't appreciate what you're doing there; it's better to have experienced and went through the program yourself to understand what's going on, concepts wise

Pros

Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

Cons

Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
